Bruce Wilcox is an American artificial intelligence programmer and chatbot developer. He is known for creating several award-winning chatbots, including Suzette, ALICE, and Jabberwacky. Wilcox has won several international competitions for chatbot development, including the Loebner Prize in 2004 and 2010. He has also worked as a consultant for several companies, including Microsoft and AT&T, developing chatbot and natural language processing technologies. Additionally, Wilcox is a published author; his book, Writing Successful Chatbot Scripts, provides guidance on writing effective chatbot conversations.
